Marc Cherry’s next drama soap is going to Lifetime.
The cable network has picked up the Desperate Housewives creator’s new project Devious Maids, which was developed at ABC during its recent pilot season, but was passed over for a spot on the schedule.
The story follows the lives of five ambitious maids who work for the rich and famous in Beverly Hills (call it: Desperate Housekeepers).
