WikiLeaks Slams Film 'Filled With Factual Errors And Speculation'
After years of releasing hundreds of thousands of sensitive U.S. government documents, WikiLeaks went the same route against a documentary about itself.
The anti-secrecy group released an annotated transcript of "We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks" on Twitter Thursday -- one day ahead of the film's debut.
In an introductory note posted on justice4assange.com, the documentary is slammed as "filled with factual errors and speculation." At the top of the list of grievances is erroneous evidence that founder Julian Assange "may be guilty of conspiring with Bradley Manning."
The leak comes in lieu of final pretrial hearings for Manning, the Army private who gave more than 700,000 secret U.S. documents to WikiLeaks. It also comes months after late-February speculation that Assange was the subject of a sealed indictment by the U.S. government.
Over recent months, WikiLeaks has continued to make its presence felt. In April, »

'Grey's Anatomy' Scoop: 'Callie Isn't A Victim'
"Grey's Anatomy" fans have a lot to be worried about for Season 10. But one of their biggest concerns after the Season 9 finale earlier this month is the fate of fan-favorite couple Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) and Callie (Sara Ramirez).
In the finale, titled "Perfect Storm," Arizona cheated on Callie with Lauren (Hilarie Burton), which Callie found out after seeing Arizona's engagement ring pinned on Lauren's shirt. (That's how the couple prevents their rings from getting in the way during surgeries.) At the end of the finale, couple had a fight that revealed emotions that have been suppressed for months: Arizona clearly has yet to forgive her wife for breaking her promise that she'd save Arizona's leg after the plane crash that ended Season 8.
"What the bigger question is, is what's Callie going to do next?" "Grey's Anatomy" creator Shonda Rhimes told The Hollywood Reporter of Season 10. "Callie isn't a victim; she's never really been a victim, »

'Supernatural's' Surprising Ratings Victory
1 hour ago
The 2012–13 television season officially passed into the Nielsen history books last night, bringing to an end what will likely be remembered as one of the worst years ever in the history of network TV (assuming, of course, that anyone still remembers what "television" is in 50 years). There were hardly any new breakout hits (though The Following, Revolution, and Elementary did okay). And, as has been widely reported, the Big Four as a whole bled viewers: They collectively lost about 10 percent of their adults-under-50 audience this season, with none of the major broadcasters growing year to year in the key demo. »

Three Years Later, People Are Still Livid About 'Lost'
Three years ago, on May 23, 2010, 13.5 million people tuned in for the series finale of "Lost."
After six seasons of barefooted Others, Dharma Initiative snacks (specifically ranch dressing), Saywer's zingers, smoke monsters, "Walt!" and flashing backward, forward and sideways, fans of the series -- which was run by Carlton Cuse and co-creator Damon Lindelof -- were hoping the "Lost" finale would answer their many questions.
What viewers got, though, was a happy ending wrapped in a bow: All of the major "Lost" characters, dead, in a church, lovingly embracing and "moving on" to the after-life.
But after watching the two-and-a-half-hour series finale, many "Lost" fans and critics were dissatisfied ... to say the least. Gawker's Max Read wrote the show "ended in the worst way possible"; Charlie Brooker of The Guardian said "the plot made less sense than a milk hammock"; and Jace Lacob of The Daily Beast noted that fans were "infuriated. »

Is There Hope For Jaime & Brienne Shippers?
There is certainly a lot of sex happening on HBO's hit series "Game Of Thrones," but one duo who haven't consummated their intimate, yet heated relationship are Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) and Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau).
Though things have long been tense between the two as Brienne attempts to keep her promise to Catelyn Stark (Michelle Fairley) of bringing Jaime back to King's Landing, when the Lannister son lost his sword hand, things took a turn for the better. There was, of course, their communal bath moment and later, Jaime saved Brienne from a gladiatorial pit with a massive bear. If that's not love, we don't know what is.
Christie knows that many "Game Of Thrones" fans are hoping for something romantic between Jaime and Brienne, but she's not sure if it will happen or if she wants it to. "The world of 'Game of Thrones,' the »

What Surf Music And Punk Have In Common
The story goes that when The Beatles landed stateside in 1964, they killed surf music. But one lone surf act escaped Americans’ selective amnesia of what they had been spinning just months before: They were called The Beach Boys, and if you ask most anyone today, chances are they’ll equate the genre with the band.
Talk to a few surf music purists, however, and they’ll throw you a curveball: When The Beach Boys took over our consciousness as the official purveyors of the “sound of summer,” they killed surf music.
How does surf music kill surf music? Let’s backtrack. The Beach Boys, and similar-minded bands like Jan and Dean, were part of a school of surf rock that played up vocals and four-part harmonies. Their pop-friendly style was present in the American International Pictures beach party films of the early 1960s -- think "Beach Party" and "Beach Blanket Bingo. »

A Handy Guide To Summer Festivals
Festival season -- that time of year when beer flows freely from makeshift taps into clear plastic cups, clothing is shed and tanlines grow upon us like zippers on Michael Jackson's jackets -- is among us. Each year's summer brings with it more and more choices, so we are here to help make picking which festival to invest a few hundred of your hard-earned dollars on a bit easier. Should you dance with the young'ns at Electric Daisy Carnival or fashion yourself an art car and head to Burning Man? Does indie-shuffling with hipsters at Lollapalooza make more sense than getting a good dose of real hip-hop at Rock the Bells? Or does a Circuit Party offer the best bang for your buck? Take a look at the options below, and, no matter what you decide, remember to wear sunscreen.

Watch: Celebs Join Matt Damon's 'Toilet Strike'
These famous philanthropists really have a can-don't attitude.
Bono, Richard Branson and Olivia Wilde have joined Matt Damon in his jokey pledge to not go to the bathroom until the world water crisis is solved. And they've invited us all to achieve stardom by saying no to nature's call.
"If you don't use the toilet, you're a celebrity," Damon cracks in his latest video (watch above). The spot follows a viral PSA he appeared in a few months ago for Water.org, an organization he co-founded to combat water shortages and contamination. It was then that the actor first declared his potty boycott.
Like the first video, the tone is in good fun. The three new toilet strikers banter about a secret meeting of "the illuminati" and other silliness regarding who is the superior do-gooder. But the message is serious: "780 million people -- that's one in nine -- lack access to safe water, »

The Softer Side Of Stan
All season on "Mad Men," Stan Rizzo (Jay R. Ferguson) has been getting attention for his facial hair.
But there is another side of the gruff "Mad Men" character: the one who pines after Peggy (Elisabeth Moss) and even went in for the kiss.
Ferguson opened up to GQ about Sunday's episode, titled "The Crash," in which he and Peggy engaged in a halfway-decent kiss.
"This was the first time the audience was getting a chance to kind of see this softer side. For so long now, people have started to wonder, is there even any other part of Stan than what we see?" he said. "So that was fun and liberating, as the character, to be able to go there a little bit. And just to be able to do that with Lizzie [Moss], that was a very special gift that they gave me."
Ferguson added, "There was a moment there where as an audience, »

Bob Saget Ignites Feud With Danielle Fishel
4 hours ago
Bob Saget is in something of a feud with former "Boy Meets World" star Danielle Fishel. The fight began over an anecdote she told about the "Full House" actor once asking for drugs, which he says was just a simple joke.
Back in March, Fishel appeared on the cover of Maxim and talked about her years as a '90s television star playing Topanga on the ABC hit series. The conversation turned to a chance encounter between Fishel, her family and Saget on a private jet to Disney World.
"We were trying to take a nap, and all of a sudden ['Full House's' Danny Tanner] Bob Saget walks down the aisle, rips open our curtain, and shouts, 'Do you guys have any coke?!' Then he looks my dad in the eye, laughs, and closes the curtain," she said.
Apparently Saget did not find Fishel's coke story charming because he shot back at the »

Kate Walsh Returning To TV
The cast of DirecTV's "Full Circle" is full of TV veterans.
Kate Walsh, David Boreanaz, Minka Kelly and Julian McMahon are just a few of the small screen favorites who will star in the new 10-episode drama. This is Walsh's first TV project since "Private Practice" ended in early 2013 and "Bones" fans shouldn't worry: Boreanaz will return for the Fox procedural's Season 9.
The series from Neil Labute aims to examine "the human condition and relationships through a series of conversations between 11 people," whose lives are intertwined, unbeknownst to them. Each episode takes place in a restaurant and is a conversation between two characters. One of the character's storylines then will carry over into the next episode through a conversation with a new character.
The "Full Circle" cast also includes "Harry Potter's" Tom Felton, Keke Palmer, Devon Gerhart, Billy Campbell, Noah Silver, Ally Sheedy, Cheyenne Jackson, and Robin Weigert.

Rapper Accused Of Faking His Own Death To Escape Payments
5 hours ago
A Mississippi woman is claiming that a popular 1990s rapper faked his own death to get out of paying her thousands of dollars.
On Feb. 14, Rapper Timothy Blair, better known as "Tim Dog," reportedly died from a seizure following a lengthy battle with diabetes. Rolling Stone reported this news via a report from The Source, but that link is now disabled. Southhaven, Miss., native Esther Pilgrim is claiming the rapper actually faked his death to swindle her out of $32,000.
Two years ago, Blair pleaded guilty to grand larceny for defrauding Pilgrim, Kabc previously reported. A judge ordered him to pay her $19,000 in restitution within the five years of his probation period. It was all part of an online dating scam that was covered by NBC's "Dateline."
Pilgrim told CBS Memphis affiliate Wreg earlier this month Tim Dog owed her money stemming from a "fictitious business deal." She also claimed he »

'We Will Never Have This Experience Again'
With the end of "Mad Men" in sight, viewers aren't the only ones feeling a little nostalgic about having only one more season to look forward to.
In an interview with Net-a-Porter magazine, January Jones (Betty Francis) admitted that the "Mad Men" goodbye won't be an easy one for the cast.
“It will be very sad. We are all so close that we will keep in touch, but I don't think we will ever have this kind of experience again -- from the relationships we've made to the success we have had, to the cultural impact [of the show],” she said.
Although series creator Matt Weiner is known for being one of the most secretive guys in show business, he had no problem confirming that Season 7 would be "Mad Men's" last.
“I’m going to confirm that,” Weiner told The Daily Beast of the ahead of the Season 6 premiere, adding that he's »

Look: This Is Not Psy
South Korean singer Psy made a splash at the Cannes Film Festival this week -- or at least his doppelganger did.
A "fake" Psy was spotted at the annual event and managed to fool everyone from Naomie Harris to Adrien Brody.
As The New York Post notes, the Psy look-alike kept up the act as he "partied with stars, scooped up swag, danced on a French TV show and even signed a deal to be honored at a gala in Monaco," until the real Psy took to Twitter to dispel the rumors.
The "Skyfall" actress tweeted a photo with the doppelganger, though she later acknowledged that the man she had identified as Psy was, in fact, an impostor.

New 'X-Men' Casting Could Impact 'Avengers 2'
Famed Marvel character Quicksilver will appear on the big screen in the near future -- just not in the franchise everyone had expected.
"X-Men: Days of Future Past" director Bryan Singer announced on Thursday that Evan Peters will play Quicksilver in the upcoming "X-Men" sequel that Twentieth Century Fox will release next July. That's great news for Quicksilver fans, because it means the mutant could appear in two blockbuster franchises between 2014 and 2015. "Marvel's The Avengers" director Joss Whedon already teased that Quicksilver and his twin sister Scarlet Witch may factor in the "Avengers" sequel that Disney will release in 2015.
"I've got these two characters [in the draft] -- my favorite characters in the comic book, a brother-sister act," Whedon teased at the "Iron Man 3" premiere in April. "They're in the movie, that's exciting."
Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are the children of "X-Men" villain Magneto. The pair started off as members of "X-Men »
