• Boom mic visible: The boom mic is clearly visible in one scene but this is intentional.
  
  
• Boom mic visible: [side]: In the cabin bedroom scene.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Alvie, Annie & Max are driving to Brooklyn, a police car can be seen on the freeway behind them slowing down traffic to keep it out of shot.
  
  

• Continuity: When Annie drives Alvy home from the tennis game she quickly parks behind a red car. The next cut, showing the two exit the vehicle, clearly shows them parked behind a blue car.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: During the Lobster scene in the beach house, the refrigerator is placed so close to the oven that it would be impossible to open the oven door.
  
  
• Plot holes: In the political rally scene for Adlai Stevenson where Woods meets Carol Kane, he tells the audience about trying to do to an Eisenhower administration girl "what Eisenhower has been doing to the country for the last 8 years." In which case either he meant "4 years" (and the rally took place in 1956) or it should be a Kennedy rally in 1960 (after Ike's 2 terms) and the Stevenson photo on stage is wrong. If the photo is correct and he did mean 4 years, then the next scene where he inveighs against the Warren Commission over the Kennedy assassination (their report was released in 1964) would come 7 or 8 years after he and Kane got together.
  
  
• Errors in geography: New York State flag on University Of Wisconsin auditorium stage. (Scene was shot at Manhattan's Fashion Institute Of Technology on 7th Avenue.)
  
  
• Factual errors: In the final credits, Christopher Walken's name is misspelled, reading as "Christopher Wlaken".
  
  
• Continuity: After Alvy and Annie breakup, she calls him while he's in bed with Pam (Shelley Duvall). She later tells Alvy that she thought she heard a voice in the background but during the phone call Pam doesn't utter a sound.
