Sex & Nudity

Manny is seen in bed with a girlfriend in one scene and we see her bare butt and breasts for a couple minutes.

There are several discussions of people talking about sex, sometimes in very strong detail.

A woman dressed in an open robe and panties asks her brother for sex. However, nothing happens. Her bare breast is briefly seen when she is subsequently shot.

Violence & Gore

Almost every shooting has varying degrees of bloody results

We see riots in the Cuban part of Miami where a lot of fighting occurs

Montana stabs a man in the gut, the wounded man then walks out to the street where he bleeds to death

When a cocaine deal goes wrong one of Tonys friends are dragged to a bathtub where he has his arm and leg sawed off with a chainsaw (we only see blood splatter and the dying mans facial expression (but it's quite disturbing anyway)

In the subsequent gunfight four people are shot and killed with bloody results including Tony shooting a man in the head and chest execution style

A man are hanged from a helicopter (he's bloody, and when he's hung we hear his neck snap and see brief sprays of blood from his neck)

Montana smacks his sister to the ground and pulls the man who was kissing her away (very intense)

In a nightclub Montana is the victim of an assassination attempt, although Tony is not killed the assassins kills two civilians and then Tony shoots one assassin dead and wounds another, the other assassin is then killed by the disco lamps falling onto him, all this has some bloody results

Manny shoots a druglord dead (no blood)

Tony shoots a corrupt cop in the gut (with bloody results and then finishes him off with one shot to the chest)

Tony shoots a man in the head in a car (we see blood splatter all over the side window)

When Tony learns that Manny has an affair with his sister, he coldly shoots him dead

We see Sosas hitmen attacking and killing Montanas bodyguards (strangling, stabbing)

A man shoots one of Tonys most trusted bodyguards point blank in the face (we don't see the impact but hear the sound of blood and brain matter splattering)

Gina comes in to Tonys office and starts acting sensual toward him, she pulls out a gun and shoots him in the leg, and then she is killed by one of Sosas assassins (with many, many shots) and in return Tony kills the assassin (he falls in a swimming pool and Tony shoots him multiple times in the back with bloody results).

Another one of Tonys close bodyguards is shot dead

Tony shoots many more of Sosas hitmen dead with very bloody results (the whole thing is very intense) but in the end he is shot dead with a shotgun blast through the chest, he falls into a vat of water which instantly turns blood-red

Body Count: 55

Profanity

Pervasive strong language throughout, there are exactly 222 F words and its derivatives.

Cocaine is snorted several times.

People are seen drinking wine and smoking at restaurants/clubs

A majority of the plot is selling cocaine.

Drugs:

Cocaine

Two kids are threatened via car bomb (The bomb does not go off because Tony shoots the potential bomber in the head, but it is a very intense scene nonetheless).

The chainsaw scene could be considered disturbing though nothing is shown.

Rated R for: Pervasive Strong Language and Sexual Dialogue, Strong Bloody Gangster Violence/Shootouts, Sexuality/Nudity, and Graphic Drug Use
