There are several Apple references:

- Becca has an iPod (which is mentioned by name)

- Hank gives Becca an iPhone

- When Hanks laptop breaks he is clearly visible in Apple store writing his blog on Mac

- Karen has a Mac computer.

It is likely that these are paid product placements, at the very least to use these items and refer to them by name would definitely require Apple to clear them. However, Apple products are definitely en vogue in the upper white class crowds that Hank runs in so it not unreasonable to assume all of these characters would have MacBooks and iPods

One theory is that the light is broken in one of the first scenes of the first episode by an angry husband of a girl that Hank sleeps with. He smashes the front light with a baseball bat and a sound of broken glass is heard. The problem with this theory is that in the next episodes we see that there is more than one dent in the car near the light, so it seems that the light was struck repeatedly - but the husband only hit the car once. However, it is probable that these other dents are from similar attacks by other husbands.
