Trivia:
The car that Renchard is driving at the beginning of the movie, as well as the convertible that he and Brianna take from the parking garage, are 1975 Oldsmobile Omega's. Obviously a reference to the tile of the movie. This model of the Oldmosbile Omega was produced from 1973-1979 and was not produced as convertible, having apparently had it's roof cut off for the film.

Goofs:
Crew or equipment visible: During the initial fight scene with the zombie/vampires, Renchard is about to set a creature on fire that's hanging upside down, there is a VERY noticeable shadow on the ground, like another creature is coming after him, but no one appears. It had to have been a crew member walking in front of the spotlight.

I am Legend and Last Man on Earth retread, only with a lower budget, poor scripting, and even worse directing.
Lead actor Mark Dacoscos makes the most of what he is given, but the cards are stacked against him. The rest of the cast is pretty lousy, and the direction is a joke. Try to picture Michael Bay without funds for CGI explosions and car chases. There are some poorly choreographed fights, and lots of blood and guts to go round, but little story. There's a plague that--oh never mind, anyone who has seen any "plague wipes out all but a few people" stories will know the lines before the actors do. Zombies or mutants or ghouls, whatever they are, keep on coming (even out of trash dumpsters lol). The film even has the nerve to use 360 degree rotating shots and lots of close-ups of people sweating. If that's the best this director can do, he should fill out an application at a fast-food joint.
Still, when viewed as cinematic bubble-gum, this flick can amuse. Those who don't like dumb movies should steer clear, though.
