An insightful look at the dramatic rise and --manufactured -- melodramatic fall of one of the most important grass roots anti-poverty organizations in America. ACORN and the Firestorm can be a source of inspiration for those who would try to build progressive movements, and a warning sign of the right wing attacks that almost inevitably follow successes.
